Job summary

Salute, a leading provider of Data Center Infrastructure Services, seeks a Multi-Skilled Operator to maintain critical environment systems and support hyperscale client operations in Goodyear, AZ.

You will work under the Data Center Manager, perform preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and IT systems, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safe, reliable service for clients. This role requires strong teamwork, impeccable execution, and a proactive approach to incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Superior observation and problem-solving skills.
• Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Executes operation, maintenance, and modification of critical environment building systems tasks.
• Performs planned and ad-hoc preventive maintenance with multiple engineering, mechanical, and maintenance trades.
• Inspects HVAC, electrical distribution, and mechanical rooms for clean and safe conditions.
• Responds quickly to indoor emergencies and air quality issues.
• Creates, closes, and tracks work requests; initiates/completes work orders and follows up.
• Coordinates with contractors, vendors, and carriers for access and installations in IT/telecom spaces.
• Supports data center customers and internal IT networks and systems.
• Maintains documentation and safety practices in IT/telecom environments.
