Responsibilities

• Ensures success in operation, maintenance, and modification of critical environment building systems tasks.
• Completes preventive maintenance work as directed by engineering and maintenance teams.
• Conducts periodic inspections of HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems to ensure safe conditions.
• Responds rapidly to indoor emergencies and air quality concerns.
