Job summary

Salute is seeking an Assistant Critical Facilities Manager to oversee daily data hall operations at a 24/7 hyperscale facility. You will supervise technicians, manage maintenance, and ensure uptime and safety in alignment with the Salute Playbook.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in mission-critical facilities, strong leadership, and expertise with electrical/mechanical systems. On-site role with rotating shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in mission-critical facilities or data centers.
• Experience supervising technical teams and managing incidents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data hall operations, rounds, logs, alarms, and turnovers.
• Execute preventive/corrective maintenance and lifecycle tasks for MEP systems.
• Lead incident management during after-hours and coordinate with vendors.
