Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management and team development experience.
• Experience maintaining SLAs through proactive issue detection and reporting.
• Experience operating a mission-critical team or product.
• High school or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems involved in data center operations.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of shift technicians, senior shift technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain availability zone of Data Centers.
• Participate in strategic planning and financial analyses.
• Manage 5+ direct reports or more; potentially a manager of managers.
• Oversee contracts, space, and facility-specific infrastructure builds.
• Participate in recruiting and staff development.
• Set priorities, monitor progress, and ensure budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate projects with IT managers and business leaders.
• Operate and manage routine and emergency services for critical systems.
