Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Data Center Facility Manager to lead critical infrastructure operations for AWS global data centers. You will ensure reliability, safety, and high performance while coordinating with multiple teams and vendors to meet SLAs.

Role requires hands-on electrical/mechanical expertise, experience managing large teams, and the ability to drive improvements across complex facilities. On-site work is required in MO (New Florence).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience with 8-10 direct reports.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team across multiple shifts.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers.
