You will lead 24x7 engineering technicians, drive reliability and efficiency, and coordinate with vendors to meet SLAs while managing budgets and on-call responses. This role requires strong hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in mission-critical environments, a proven track record in large-scale operations, and the ability to implement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management and team development experience.
• 5+ years of engineering work managing large-scale services experience.
• Experience maintaining SLAs through proactive issue detection and reporting.
• Experience operating a mission-critical team or product.
• High school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians in all facets of their career.
• Engage in improvement projects, often coordinating with support teams to drive from conception to completion.
• Coordinate daily with third-party vendors ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Effectively manage the operations budget and expenditures.
• Routinely operate as the after-hours on-call Data Center Facility Manager for regional data centers.
