Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure with high quality work that does not impact customers.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians in their careers.
• Lead improvement projects, coordinating with support teams to drive them from concept to completion.
• Coordinate daily with multiple third-party vendors ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Effectively manage the operations budget and expenditures.
• Routinely serve as the after-hours on-call Data Center Facility Manager for regional sites.
