Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role with 5+ direct reports
• 3+ years of experience with industrial electrical or mechanical systems
• 3+ years of administrative experience including Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure with high quality and no customer impact
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians
• Lead improvement projects from conception to completion across support teams
• Coordinate daily with multiple third-party vendors to ensure SLAs
• Manage the operations budget and expenditures effectively
• Serve as after-hours on-call for data centers in the region, handling incidents and recovery
