Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Facility Manager to lead the heartbeat of our global infrastructure.

You will supervise 24x7 engineering technicians, own the data center's critical physical infrastructure, and drive reliability and efficiency across electrical, mechanical, and building systems. You’ll coordinate with third‑party vendors, manage the operations budget, and act as the afterhours on‑call point for multiple data centers in the region while ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a managerial/supervisory role with 5+ direct reports.
• Three+ years in industrial electrical or mechanical systems.
• Three+ years of administrative experience including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians in all facets of their career.
• Engage in improvement projects and drive them from conception to completion.
• Coordinate daily with third party vendors ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the operations budget and expenditures.
• Routinely operate as the afterhours on-call Data Center Facility Manager for the data centers in the region.
