You will oversee electrical and mechanical systems, coordinate with vendors, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining budget discipline. The role requires managing 24x7 operations, communicating technical details, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, scalable, and cost-efficient data center

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role with 5+ direct reports.
• 3+ years experience in industrial electrical or mechanical systems.
• 3+ years administrative experience including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the data center's critical physical infrastructure with high quality and no customer impact.
• Lead 24x7 engineering technicians across career stages.
• Drive improvement projects from concept to completion with multiple teams.
• Coordinate daily with multiple third-party vendors to meet SLAs.
• Manage operations budget and expenditures effectively.
• Serve as after-hours on-call Data Center Facility Manager for regional centers.
