Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. in Vernon, CA, is hiring a Data Center Manager to oversee daily onsite operations in a 24x7 coverage role. You will supervise DCT personnel, coordinate maintenance, and ensure infrastructure reliability across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years data center experience, and the ability to work a rotating schedule. Candidates should be ready to collaborate with maintenance and security teams to uphold safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years data center experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• LEED certification is a bonus but not a requirement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day duties of onsite DCT personnel across one or multiple sites.
• Monitor infrastructure on site and escalate as needed to departments.
• Develop, schedule and monitor a preventative maintenance program.
• Keep the site clean at all times.
• Plan and implement a continual work schedule to maintain company property safely.
• Coordinate activities of contractors for electrical/mechanical systems.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers at their facilities.
• Oversee equipment needs to improve production efficiency and cost reduction.
• Manage/evaluate PUE via the BMS system for efficiency.
• Oversee construction projects managed by internal teams and contractors.
• Support customers during move-in after construction.
