Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. seeks an experienced Data Center Manager to oversee day-to-day onsite operations, manage DCT personnel, and ensure high availability of critical infrastructure. You will coordinate maintenance, monitor systems via BMS/NetSuite, and lead safety and security programs across multiple sites.

The role requires leadership of 24/7 operations, strong vendor management, and a focus on reliability for enterprise customers in a dynamic data center environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Very strong supervisory capabilities and experience.
• Ability to train and mentor staff on operational procedures.
• Extensive data center operations experience (min 5 years).
• Proven ability to manage 24/7 coverage and complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day duties of onsite DCT personnel across sites.
• Monitor infrastructure and escalate as needed.
• Develop and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and asset condition.
• Coordinate contractor activities and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Oversee security policies and 24/7 surveillance operations.
• Plan staffing for 24x7x365 coverage and on-call lists.
• Mentor staff to enable growth within the organization.
