Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced facility operations professional to ensure 100% uptime for the data center and client applications. You will lead daily operations, develop and review MOPs/SOPs, and coordinate space, power, and network readiness for customer deployments.

The role requires 7+ years in data center facility operations, strong communication and presentation skills, and supervisory experience. A related degree and ISO/OHSAS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Facility Operations and data center management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong presentation and proposal design
• Knowledge of UPS, Generators, and mechanical systems
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent
• Data Center industry experience preferred
• Supervisory/managerial responsibilities
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 quality and ISO 14000 environmental/OSHA standards

Responsibilities

• Drives process and procedure in the organization
• Develop and review MOPs and SOPs
• Ensures correct and on time implementation of solutions for customer applications, including preparation of space, power, and network
• Prepares and presents technical presentations on the facility
• Responsible for all technical aspects of facility operations including power and HVAC systems
• Monthly reporting and metrics
• Provides technical support to insure successful customer integration and implementation of company solutions
• Handles all facility issues encountered during day to day operations to ensure 100% uptime for facility operations
• Other duties as assigned
