Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, and uptime in a critical data-center environment in Marietta, GA. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure SLAs are met while aligning with CBRE’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Leadership: proven background in staffing, development, coaching, and performance management.
• Communication: ability to convey complex information and manage expectations.
• Problem-Solving: strong skills in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team, supervise, mentor, and develop staff.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and repairs within SLAs.
• Manage client relationships and communicate with senior management on critical issues.
• Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions in compliance with standards.
• Verify data hall conditions and ensure deployments meet industry standards with thorough documentation.
• Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Identify and resolve complex operational issues to support continuous improvements.
• Model CBRE's RISE values in leadership and daily operations.
