Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technical Team Lead in Georgia to oversee preventive maintenance and complex repairs within a large data center operation.

You will coordinate daily team activities, mentor staff, and interface with tenants, clients, owners, and vendors to ensure service excellence. The role requires hands-on technical discipline training, an apprenticeship or equivalent, and licenses (Journeyman Electrician or HVAC preferred).

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent training completed.
• Journeyman Electrician license or HVAC license preferred.
• Experience in staffing, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, set schedules and deadlines.
• Implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate maintenance with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel, and technicians.
• Oversee building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues.
• Guide ongoing communication with tenants, clients, owners, facility management team, and vendors.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer concerns.
