Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to lead data center operations nationwide. You will build and manage a team of technicians and managers, drive 100% uptime, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance.

Responsibilities include managing asset care, CMMS use, on-call duties, budgets, and the onboarding of new sites, while enforcing SLAs and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5–7+ years in mission critical environments.
• Minimum 5 years direct management of non-exempt shift-based staff.
• Experience in data center operations or critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete physical asset pertaining to the operation and maintenance of critical data center infrastructure.
• Build a staff of qualified technicians and junior managers to deliver 100% uptime.
• Manage power and cooling capacity and monitor environmental conditions within the Data Halls.
• Resolve electrical, mechanical and Fire Protection issues while minimizing risk and business impact.
• On-call 24x7 to respond to data center emergencies.
• Manage customer relationships and act as single point of contact for facility issues.
