Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to lead operations, safety, and staff across data center facilities. You’ll drive uptime, manage power and cooling, and coordinate with customers and teams to maintain high availability.

Leadershi p in budgets, safety standards, and CMMS-driven processes is essential, along with strategic collaboration with VP FM and T5HR for staffing and policy execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–7+ years in mission critical environments.
• Minimum 5 years of direct management of non-exempt shift-based employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and financial acumen.
• Experience with CMMS and leading safety/compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of data center operation and maintenance across facilities.
• Build and lead a staff of technicians and junior managers to 100% availability.
• Oversee power, cooling, environmental conditions, and issue resolution.
• On-call 24x7 for data center emergencies and customer communications.
• Develop site SOPs, budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders and contractors.
