Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities
• 4+ years IT experience or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• 2+ years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data center technicians, onboarding new hires and providing performance feedback
• Audit work queues, monitor SLA adherence, troubleshoot issues and ensure safe, efficient maintenance
• Prioritize and assign work across routine operations, capacity projects, and emergency response
• Identify and implement improvements to tools, processes, and procedures to raise quality and reduce risk
• Attract, hire, and retain talent while maintaining an inclusive team environment
