• Manage the performance of diverse data center operation teams across locations.
• Develop career paths and update internal tools for staff.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations including queues and 24/7 shift coverage.
• Lead large-scale event management (outages) and act as call leader.
