Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical team management experience.
• 2+ years of data center experience, or experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering)
• 4+ years of experience in a data center technology role and/or 4 + years of knowledge with Networking or Computer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams, ensuring top performance and technical excellence.
• Maintain existing Data Centers and operational uptime.
• Build and bring online new Data Centers.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and management groups.
• Enforce health and safety standards across all Data Centers.
• Create and use metrics to drive continuous improvements.
• Support incident, problem, change, and capacity management implementations.
