Job summary

US Signal is seeking a Data Center Manager to own a mission-critical data center’s uptime, safety, budget, and team. You will set the site roadmap, act as incident commander when needed, and drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities include end-to-end site operations, governance of documentation, and leading infrastructure projects while balancing financial discipline with reliability and scalability. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in facilities management, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 4+ years’ experience in data centers and/or data center infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, security).
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of planning and construction management processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of estimating, budgeting and scheduling practices.
• Understanding of fiber optic technology (single-mode & multi-mode).

Responsibilities

• Own site operations end to end: uptime, safety, compliance, budget, and team.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and process standards; ensure records and policies are accurate.
• Lead growth projects: infrastructure, deployments, and facility expansions.
• Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, vendor contracts, and asset lifecycle.
• Lead site team and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customers to execute projects.
