Job summary

US Signal is seeking a Data Center Manager to take full ownership of a mission-critical data center, overseeing uptime, safety, budget, and the team driving operations. You’ll be the final word on site performance, serving as incident commander when needed and setting the roadmap for site growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own budgets, and manage asset lifecycles while driving reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across data center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of professional facilities management, electrical, or mechanical engineering experience.
• 4+ years experience working in data centers and/or with data center infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, security).
• Knowledge of planning, estimation, budgeting, and scheduling practices.

Responsibilities

• Own site operations end to end including uptime, safety, and compliance.
• Govern documentation, procedures, and process standards to keep records accurate and repeatable.
• Lead growth: plan, price, and execute infrastructure projects, deployments, and expansions aligned with capacity strategy.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, vendor contracts, and asset lifecycle.
• Lead site team and partner across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customers to drive projects.
