Job summary

You will sign off on change activities, drive standardization of SOPs across regions, and partner with engineering and security teams to prevent incidents and automate workflows.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a CS/IS degree (or equivalent certs) and real-world data center experience in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• BS in CS or IS; A+/Security+/Network+ certs acceptable.
• 2–5 years data center experience; 4 years for development preferred.
• Experience in mission-critical operations environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb a 9 ft ladder.
• Thorough understanding of data center design, electrical and cooling systems.
• Strong copper/fiber cabling skills (looming, termination, testing).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data center hardware support activities to ensure resilience, reliability and availability.
• Escalate and coordinate incidents; perform cross-functional triage and root-cause analysis.
• Drive long-term corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with engineering, capacity, networking and security teams to implement improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practices across the team.
