This role requires active TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields. The candidate should possess 2-5 years of data center experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• 2-5 years of data center experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of data center design.
• Able to lift 50lbs and climb a 9 ft. ladder.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex data center hardware support services.
• Oversees lifecycle management for servers and components.
• Owns the escalation queue and directs complex investigations.
• Mentors technicians and sets expectations for execution quality.

Skills

Systems administration (Linux and/or Windows Servers)

Hardware repair, diagnosis & break/fix

Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP)

Structured cabling skills (fiber & copper)

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, OR A+, Security+, Network+ certification
