Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking an experienced Datacenter Services Operations Lead to drive complex hardware support, incident triage, and architectural improvements for resilience and availability. The role partners with engineering, capacity, networking, and security teams to prevent outages and automate repeatable workflows.

The candidate will mentor teams, uphold SOPs/MOPs, govern safety and compliance, and push continuous improvement across the fleet with data-driven RCAs and durable design

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in complex hardware/support environments.
• Strong ability to analyze root causes of incidents and develop fixes.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across datacenter hardware and networks.
• Collaborates across engineering, capacity, networking, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees lifecycle management for servers and components with minimal impact to workloads.
• Mentors technicians and specialists to improve execution quality, safety, and customer focus.
• Leads planning, risk assessment, and governance for large-scale network builds and migrations.
• Directs complex investigations, documents resolutions, and maintains SLA-compliant fixes.
• Governs adherence to SOPs/MOPs and site rules, ensuring compliant testing of controls.
• Drives post-incident RCAs and implements durable process changes to reduce risk.
