You will lead Data Center Technicians and Network Technicians, ensuring shift readiness and adherence to procedures.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, deployment support, incident management, and staff development within a mission-critical setting, reporting to the Site Lead.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in data center operations or infrastructure support.
• 2+ years in lead/supervisory role within technical operations.
• Strong hardware diagnostics and deployment procedures.
• Experience in 24x7 mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of Data Center Technicians and coordinate with Network Technicians.
• Manage shift readiness, staffing, and task prioritization.
• Serve as primary escalation point for technical issues on shift.
• Oversee deployment, commissioning, and expansion activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs/MOPs.
• Mentor and develop team members.
