• Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Explain metrics and performance results, and propose improvements.
• Screen for technical capabilities and culture fit, then assist in hiring for backfills.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new hires.
• Manage local morale budget to maintain team engagement.
• Collaborate with Data Center Leads in other locations to share best practices.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
