Millennium is seeking a Data Center Lead to manage the New York data center estate, oversee a team of specialists, and drive end-to-end incident and change management in a 24x7 environment.

You will own asset, patching and inventory records, coordinate with engineering, and push automation using Python/PowerShell. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on data center expertise in a financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center or large-scale infra operations, with at least 3 years leading a team or senior contributor
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operational ticket queues using ITSM tools (ServiceNow or Jira) and meet SLAs
• Hands-on data center operations: racking, cabling, hardware lifecycle, interconnections

Responsabilités

• Own the data center ticket queue end to end, triage and resolve incidents and requests
• Lead a team of Data Center Specialists and manage 24x7 shift coverage
• Drive ITIL-aligned incident and change management and serve as liaison with Network Engineering
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs and knowledge bases for operational excellence
• Oversee asset and inventory records inServiceNow and Nlyte; ensure data quality
