Job summary

JPMorganChase in Corporate- Data Center Services seeks a Technology Support Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the firm’s production data centers and services.

You will lead teams, manage incidents, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive improvements in monitoring, automation, and process discipline to deliver reliable technology services across critical infrastructure, operations, and applications in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
• Proven experience leading technology support operations in a mission‑critical, 24x7 data center environment.
• Demonstrated people management experience, including full‑time employees and contract staff.
• Strong incident management and escalation leadership experience in high-availability environments.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance day to day operational management with participation in strategic and project based initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assists in leading teams of technologists that provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for the successful business operations of the firm
• Executes policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availability
• Monitors production environments for anomalies, address issues, and drive evolution of utilization of standard observability tools
• Escalates and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restoration
• Leads incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure
