Job summary

DSV is seeking a Data Center Team Lead – Dock for the A-Shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm) at the New Albany, IN datacenter. You will oversee material orders, customer service, and inventory management, plus assemble and install servers and components using hand and power tools.

Strong safety, quality, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role. You will supervise loading/unloading, conduct quality checks, perform daily cycle counts, and manage cable installations and rack mounting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to perform safety-critical tasks with electrical equipment and measurements.
• Capable of operating various hand and power tools and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for accuracy and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for spare parts.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee rack placement and component installation in server racks using diagrams.
• Install cabling and hardware in datacenter racks and operate handling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work area per 5S standards.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
