Job summary

DSV is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for the Dock on the C-Shift (Mon-Thu, 8:00pm–6:30am) at the New Albany datacenter. You will oversee loading/unloading, inventory, and order processing while coordinating with multiple teams to maintain server rack installations and cable routing.

The role requires 3-5 years of related experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work safely with live electrical components in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and ensure correct part numbers and pristine condition.
• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Assist with placing server racks and installing cabling according to diagrams and schematics.
