Job summary

DSV is seeking a Data Center Team Lead - Dock for the New Albany, USA location. You will oversee loading/unloading, manage inventory, and assist in installing servers and components in datacenter racks.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong safety mindset, and ability to work with various tools. The position operates on E-shift, Thu-Fri 10:00pm-6:30am and Sat-Sun 6:00pm-6:30am, with full-time hours and site-specific safety expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders.
• Install and configure server racks using hand/power tools and diagrams.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and 5S adherence in work area.
• Coordinate with teams to meet production goals.
• Mentor and coach staff across datacenter operations.
