Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in Santa Teresa, NM seeks an Operations EHS Manager to lead site and regional safety programs, develop and maintain the Operations EHS Playbook, and ensure OSHA/NFPA compliance across data center operations.

You will collaborate with Operations teams, drive incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and train staff while aligning with EHS leadership to advance safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Electrical Safety, Mechanical Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with health and safety in critical operations environments; ideally data center operations.
• Desire and willingness to complete appropriate OSHA and NFPA training.
• Data center or critical operations experience.
• Experience with electrical safety and working knowledge of NFPA 70E.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Critical Operations to implement effective management processes for high‑risk activities (electrical safety, lockout/tagout, fall protection, contractor management).
• Implement EHS procedures and ensure regional compliance with applicable requirements.
• Assist sites with risk mitigation at multi‑employer worksites.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Create content and provide EHS training on topics covered under 29 CFR 1910.
• Lead incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
