Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Technical Trainer in Santa Teresa, NM to design and deliver technical training for Critical Operators across a large data center campus. You will partner with an Instructional Designer to create ILT and eLearning content, run hands-on labs, and ensure safe, reliable operation of critical systems.

You will translate complex technical concepts into structured learning paths, assess competency, maintain training records in LMS, and contribute to labs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of delivering technical training in mission-critical environments.
• Experience in Critical Operations, Commissioning, Controls, or data centers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training for Critical Operators.
• Develop and maintain training materials with ID collaboration.
• Assess learner progress and maintain training records.
• Coordinate with operations and commissioning teams for current procedures.
