Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking an Assistant Critical Operations Manager to support a Plano, TX data center campus. You will assist with maintaining electrical, mechanical, fire life safety, and base building systems while implementing programs focused on Safety, Availability, and Knowledge.

You will train staff, help manage site budgets, oversee projects, and ensure compliance and reliability across the facility, delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years' data center or mission critical operations experience.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a standardized safety culture across STACK data centers.
• Assist in developing and maintaining CAPEX and OPEX budgets at site level.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and project management.
• Create detailed technical procedures for maintenance events and emergencies.
