Job summary

EVERON Data Centers seeks an Assistant Critical Facilities Manager to oversee data center infrastructure, staff, and daily operations. You will collaborate with the Director to build a capable team of Critical Facilities Technicians and ensure 100% availability through proactive maintenance and strong safety practices.

You will manage power, cooling, and environmental monitoring, support 24x7 shifts, and coordinate with contractors and clients to uphold SLAs and standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field or equivalent with 3–5+ years in mission critical environments.
• Minimum 1 year direct management of shift-based employees, required.
• Experience in colocation data center environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CFM in managing operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure and systems.
• Build a staff of CFTs and ensure 100% uptime while minimizing risk.
• Manage power and cooling capacity and monitor environmental conditions.
• Support 24x7 data center operations and on-call responses.
• Lead coordination of construction, commissioning, and transitions to ongoing operations.
• Oversee CMMS data integrity and generate operational reports.
