EverOn is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to lead data center operations across our sites. You will build and mentor a team of technicians and junior managers, ensure 100% uptime, and align with safety, reliability, and customer SLA requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of management in mission-critical environments, plus CMMS, budgets, and vendor coordination.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent 5-7+ years experience in mission critical environments.
• Minimum 5 years direct management of non-exempt shift based employees, required.
• Able to manage budgets, contracts and customer relationships.

Mansioni

• Manage the complete physical asset pertaining to the Operation and Maintenance of critical data center infrastructure.
• Build a staff of technicians and junior managers to deliver 100% uptime.
• Manage power, cooling and environmental conditions within the data halls.
• On-call 24x7 to respond to data center emergencies.
• Oversee safety, SLA adherence, and budget planning; coordinate with vendors and customers.
