Job summary

EverOn, a leading builder in the data center space, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support coordinating project activities to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.

The role involves coordinating meetings, assisting in budget and schedule management, and interfacing with customers, design firms, and power and fiber providers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity across on-site data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years construction experience is required.
• 1+ years data center experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.
• Familiarity with Yardi, Procore, and Prolog is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firms.
• Assist in managing budgets and schedules.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and cash flow management.
• On-site management of data center projects and interaction with utility companies.
• Interface with customers and EverOn operations team to ensure infrastructure integrity.
