Amazon seeks a Technical Training Manager for AWS Data Center Operations in Charlotte, NC to lead a team of trainers and deliver Data Center Operations training. You will implement standardized programs across DCEO, DCO, ID, Decom, and Logistics, while driving improvements with AI and agile methods.

You will use curriculum design, metrics, and LMS tooling to ensure training effectiveness for a global, multi-site organization. Travel ~25% is required and a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 5+ years leading training programs at regional or multi-site level.
• 5+ years of safety standards experience.
• Experience in curriculum development for international technical support.
