Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Field Project Manager to provide Owner Representation during tenant fit-out across multiple data center facilities in Turkey, TX. The role requires guiding field teams, maintaining safety, and coordinating with GC teams to drive on-time delivery.

You will manage QA/QC, submittals, RFIs, and scheduling while coordinating with design and construction professionals to ensure project goals are met, on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent field.
• 7–10 years in design or construction of projects, with labs/data center/critical facilities experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior management and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and day-to-day schedule management on site.
• Coordinate owner and GC activities for base build vs fit-out.
• Manage MOP, procurement logs, submittals, and RFIs.
• Lead QA/QC oversight and ensure design intent is followed.
• Attend OAC meetings and provide weekly project reports.
• Monitor progress, deliverables, and commissioning schedule.
• Oversee OFCI equipment coordination and site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with permit and AHJ processes.
