Qualifications

• 4+ years in data center operations or IT infrastructure support.
• Experience leading a project team on site.
• Familiar with data center environments and shared spaces.
• Understanding of server hardware components and fault diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT devices with guidance from NOC or engineering.
• Install and support physical servers, storage, and network gear.
• Maintain data center cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with cabling, labeling, and rack management.
• Support installations and migrations on ladders or lifts.
