Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data center operations or IT infrastructure support.
• Experience leading a small team on a project.
• Familiar with data center environments (MMR, Cages, Shared Areas).
• Knowledgeable in server hardware components: power cycling, diagnostics, fault diagnosis.
• Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers: diagnostics and replacements.
• Experience with structured cabling: standards, labeling and organization.
• Basic electrical skills: power testing, connector types (AC/DC).
• Willing to upgrade servers and switches OSs.
• Basic fiber troubleshooting with power meter.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and execute installations with guidance from NOC or engineering team on IT devices.
• Lead and coordinate a small team during projects or incidents.
• Maintain and support data center infrastructure and cabling.
• Ensure data center cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate with stakeholders and document activities.
• Escalate issues as needed and manage on-site tasks.
