Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Network Technician to support data center networks across multiple U.S. locations, including Boardman, OR. This role focuses on stability, capacity management, automation, and onboarding new hardware with strong documentation.

Ideal candidates are autonomous, detail‑oriented, and capable of collaborating with Network Engineering and Project teams while travel of up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year data center experience.
• Associate degree in IT or CS preferred.
• 1+ year Linux OS experience preferred.
• Certs: A+/Network+/CCNA, Linux Redhat, AWS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Participate in migration, basic configuration and rollout of hardware.
• Manage tickets and workflows to fulfill customer requests.
• Coordinate with Network Engineering & PM teams for fast rollouts.
• Troubleshoot networking, routing and inter connectivity issues.
• Up to 20% travel within geographic work area may be required.
• Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity, patch panels and cords.
