You will support data center networks, assist in capacity management, document configurations, and troubleshoot routing and connectivity issues with regular collaboration across teams. The role requires 1+ year data center experience, Linux knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years data center experience required.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and common networking protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support migration, configuration, and rollout of hardware in data centers.
• Manage tickets and projects to fulfill customer requests.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering teams for design rollout and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot routing, interconnectivity, and device configuration issues.
• Travel up to 20% within the region; additional travel may be requested.
