Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of data center experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher can be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in migration, basic configuration and rollout of hardware.
• Manage work and priorities through ticketing systems to complete requests.
• Troubleshoot networking and inter-connectivity issues; document processes.
