Job summary

AWS is seeking a Network Deploy Technician to support infrastructure operations and scalable network automation. You will handle first‑level networking devices, rack and deploy new equipment, and work with engineers to ensure configurations meet SLAs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in networking, Linux, and hardware troubleshooting, with willingness to travel to regional data centers and participate in after‑hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage work and priorities through ticketing systems and workflows to complete customer requests and projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and cords.
• Specify power and cooling requirements and ensure hardware racking/stacking is completed for new equipment.
• Participate in the migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
