Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Network Deploy Technician to join our infrastructure operations. You will scale support across data center locations and assist in automating and scaling our network.

Travel within and outside regional work area is required; you must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. You will collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to ensure project execution and adherence to best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles
• Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords
• Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment
• Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware
