Job summary

Thor is seeking an MEP Unit Manager to lead the mechanical and electrical function within its mission-critical data center group. The ideal candidate has a track record delivering completed data center facilities and can manage on-site teams and coordination with trades.

Expect on-site work at diverse locations (Dallas, Atlanta, Lexington) with 50% travel, ESOP and a performance-based bonus; the firm emphasizes design-before-construction, cross-discipline collaboration, and long-term client

Qualifications

• MEP project leadership experience in data centers.
• Proven track record delivering buildings end-to-end.
• OSHA 30, PMP, PE, Procore or Bluebeam are a plus but not required.
• Experience coordinating with trades and subs on complex sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery across mechanical and electrical scopes on data center projects.
• Ensure power, infrastructure and systems requirements are defined before construction.
• Collaborate with trade partners, subs and on-site teams to meet schedule and safety goals.
• Manage on-site travel and rotation as part of project assignments.
