Job summary

Thor is seeking a Senior Project Manager, MEP to lead complex MEP delivery for nationwide data center and industrial projects. You will drive MEP design development, estimating, procurement and construction, coordinating engineering teams to maintain alignment with scope, budget and schedule.

The role requires ownership of MEP scope and effective collaboration across engineering, commercial and field teams to deliver high-quality, safe outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Professional registration required.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, subcontractor management and construction delivery.
• Experience with data centers, advanced technology, manufacturing or other complex industrial projects.
• Ability to own MEP scope and collaborate across engineering, commercial and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery from design through procurement and construction.
• Coordinate design and engineering teams to align MEP scope with cost and schedule.
• Review subcontractor proposals, negotiate scope and contracts.
• Manage MEP procurement, submittals, shop drawings, changes and payments.
• Track MEP cost and schedule with project, design and field teams.
• Ensure safety focus in MEP construction.
