Job summary

Gray Construction seeks an experienced MEP Unit Manager to lead the Data Center Market team across multiple offices, including Atlanta, Dallas, Jackson, Lexington, Phoenix, Reno, and more. The role requires proven leadership in managing large-scale MEP projects and exceptional collaboration with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university and a minimum of ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have extensive expertise and a demonstrated history of success as an MEP leader, skillfully managing numerous projects, including large-scale and complex MEP initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Project Management Teams for MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate design activities of MEP consultants and subcontractors to ensure integration with other disciplines.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry partners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in pre-construction MEP strategy and communicate MEP approach to customers.
• Provide diligent MEP oversight, monitoring progress, budgets, and change orders.
• Collaborate with Gray AE, consultants, and internal departments to ensure MEP requirements are integrated across projects.
